Questions about Instagram
Can I connect a personal Instagram account?
No. Instagram only allows API publishing on Business or Creator accounts. Switching the account type is free and takes a minute.
Do I have to host the images myself?
No. Upload them to Marsial and we host and optimise them for Instagram.
Can I automate replies to comments?
You can receive every comment on your posts by webhook and reply to it from the same API. You write or approve the replies: Marsial never answers on its own.
